    Tegan Foster-Shutt is a former Powell L.L. softball player who is now a member of Great Britain's National Team. GB is facing Team USA in the Softball World Cup today, Thursday 7/13, at 4:30pm on ESPN.

    This is an excerpt from from a story in the S.E Examiner written by Nancy Tannler.

    The pursuit of her passion for baseball began at a young age for Tegan Foster-Shutt. Her father Randall signed her up to play on the Powell Little League “T” ball team where she received the honor of all star six times.

    David Kemp was a player on the 1982 Powell Allstar team that won the District 2 Oregon Championship. He is now the Vice-President of Powell L.L. He gave the following speech at the induction of Jack Huffstetler to the Powell Little League Hall of Fame on Saturday 4/8/6.
