    Oregon Softball Holiday Camp

    DECEMBER 27 - 28, 2007

Get a jump on your softball season by attending our two day camp held at the majestic Moshofsky Sports Center, located by Autzen stadium. This all weather facility houses a full size football field and two batting cages and is used by the Oregon Ducks football and softball teams for their indoor practices.

TO BE YOUR BEST – LEARN FROM THE BEST!

The clinic will be led by Head Coach Kathy Arendsen with Associate Head Coach J Gaudreau giving personal instruction in their respective specialties of hitting, fielding and pitching. Current Duck players may also be in attendance to help coordinate the camp. With four sessions to choose from, there is something for everyone in these intensive instructional sessions.

    Available Sessions:

Session 1 - Choose between Pitching Mechanics or Defensive Skills 1
Session one allows a player to choose between defensive skills or pitching mechanics. Both of these sessions will improve your technique and ultimately make you a better player.

The pitching session will focus on the proper mechanics which form a base to enable the pitcher to throw advanced pitches. The defensive skills session will demonstrate the basics of fielding and throwing - essential elements in being a complete player.

    Session 2 - Offensive Skills 1
Session two will cover offensive skills focusing on the “absolutes”, mechanics and drills to help improve a player’s offensive capabilities. The latest teaching technology will be used to polish your swing.

Session 3 - Choose between Pitching Spins or Defensive Skills 2
Session three again allows the athlete to choose between defense or pitching instruction. Defensive techniques, positioning and drills will be highlighted. You will be one step ahead of the competition after attending this session. Pitching will cover how to throw the rise, drop, curve and change up - all essential elements to be the complete pitcher at the top level.

    Session 4 - Offensive skills 2
This session highlights situational hitting and drill work to improve a hitter’s offensive productivity. Learn how to drive in more runs and give your team that winning edge.

Gathering documentation to apply for a no faxing pay day loan could be a gigantic disaster. Keeping this in mind, a lot of companies offer a Instant No Fax Payday Loan. The decreased document requirements create it much simpler to acquire the advance than you might have formerly considered. However, it is critical to note that there are instances when added paperwork might be required from a faxless payday loan provider, though these situations are extremely uncommon.
